Who We Are
Led by Leonardo Vilar – Civil Engineer (BEng), with a Postgraduate in Planning, Management, and Control of Civil Works and a Diploma in Project Management, Solvion combines technical expertise with strategic oversight.
With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry across Ireland and Brazil, Leonardo has worked on projects ranging from reinforced concrete and precast structures to utilities, groundworks, and large-scale infrastructure. His professional journey includes collaborations with leading Irish contractors such as Duggan Brothers, Mannings, and Sisk, delivering quality control, surveys, and setting out services on projects where accuracy and reliability are non-negotiable.
Beyond technical expertise, Leonardo's background also reflects entrepreneurship, leadership, and international experience. From managing businesses in Brazil to working across Europe and Ireland, he brings resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to every project.
